Who we are
This policy covers the website at total360global.com, which is operated by Total 360 Security Global Holdings LLC, a Texas company (“Total 360 Global,” “we,” or “us”). Total 360 Security, Total 360 Technology, and Total 360 Compass are brands of the company. Each brand’s website has its own privacy policy. This policy covers only this site.
What this site collects
This site has no forms, accounts, or newsletter sign-ups, and it doesn’t run analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. The only information we receive comes from two places:
- Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure and to investigate abuse. We don’t use them to identify or profile visitors.
- Email you send us. If you email us, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message. We use it to respond to you and keep it as part of our normal business correspondence.
Cookies
This site doesn’t set cookies for visitors. Cookies are used only when an authorized administrator signs in to manage the site.
How we use and share information
We use the information described above to respond to you, to operate and secure this site, and to meet our legal obligations. We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share it for targeted advertising.

How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as we need it for the purpose you sent it and for our normal business records, and then delete it. Our hosting provider keeps server logs for a limited period for security and operational purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, wherever you live. Email us at the address below and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may keep information where the law requires us to.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect this site and the information we receive, and the site is served over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

This site links to the websites of the Total 360 Global brands and other sites. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Children
This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
